hi,
I have a question to set CCR tree in BCM450
I set an autoattendant which is using CCR tree

for example: Prime set 110, when the DN:110(Public received :44554631) is called,The greeting is like in the following

For Spanish press 1
For English press 2

Service menu: press 1 for technical service
press 2 for sale department
press 3 to transfer to attendant (111)

when the user is in a service menu and if he does not press any digit(1,2,3) the call is disconnected after prompt repeats 2 times.

Here is the configuration

Attendant Extension: 111
Return to Auto-Attendant: Yes
Touchtone Gate: None
Repeat CCR Menu Prompts: yes
Custom Auto-Attendant Menu Prompts
Enable: yes
Menu Repeat Key: None
CCR Tree number 1
For spanish path 1
For English path 2

In the sets
Display=Atdt Avail:Y Atendt:111

How can I set the CCR that the call will not be disconnected and it will be redirected to attendant 111 automatically eventhough user does not press(1,2 or 3) anything in service menu.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks

What do you want to happen? Just joking, but for the system to make a selection for them.

I mean when the user could not decide wh?ch department he need to select, he w?ll be redirected to attendant DN w?thout press?ng any digit In other words the attendant DN ?s operator DN to ?nform user to make a select?on.
I hope I can explain

once you press a digit in the ccr tree the system waits for a digit if none detected it hangs up

the transfer to att is only during the original greeting /ccr tree (only there because people still have rotary phone sets)
once a digit is pressed, this function stops

HALLOWED ARE THE ORI

Yes attendant avaliable is set to yes
Thanks all but I also want to know what the function of 'Return to Autoattendant' is.
I could not see any change, when I unticked 'Return to Autoattendant'

"Return to Auto-Attendant" means that by pressing * when you get someone's mailbox greeting will return to AA instead of saying "Goodbye".
In your case like fireeater mentionned there's no workaround. If you press a digit then go to a menu, you have no choice but to do another selection or the system will disconnect.
In your menu you could mention your 3 options then this "to return to the previous menu press *.
