Setting System Locale

Hi,

I have an ASP page on which I'm trying to display a date in UK format DD/MM/YYYY. The page works fine on one NT system however it displays in US format on another, so I'm thinking it's a system setting rather than a page setting.

I have checked the regional settings, time and date settings, internet explorer settings and even checked if there was a date setting in IIS, however so far all these settings are set to the UK format. Is there another setting somewhere that I have missed?
