Hello,

I am trying to share my calendar with a co-worker so I right-click the calendar and select Sharing.. > Permissions.

When I go to Add, normally I would see all available email addresses to add to the Permissions list, but I only see my own email address.

What can I do to add another user to this list (either "Global Address List" or "All Contact Lists")?

Thanks.

Use Global address list that should show you everyone in the Domain unless of course your admiin is hiding them!

Go toin Oultook 2k3 goto Tools - Options - Delegates then Add the person from the GAL and then assign the permissions you desire.

Thanks for your reply.

I followed your steps, however, I show up as the only GAL user on the list. Any ideas?

Are you operating offline? Perhaps you're not downloading the Offline address book?

Thanks for the reply. I tried downloading the Offline Address book. I still don't see any other users on the GAL. Is there another way to set permissions for another user on our exchange to have access to my mailbox?

Is this an Exchange Server side setting? Should I be contacting my exchange host provider? I did notice that this only occured recently when we switched exchange hosts.

We're switching again today (for the last time I hope) and I will keep you updated on the status of this issue.
