Setting Page Breaks Multiple Sheets

Is there a way to set page breaks for multiple sheets? I have 40 sheets and a total of 900 pages per sheet. Selecting all the tabs and trying to adjust the page breaks in Page Break Preview doesn't work. will changing the margins for all the sheets work?

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Sorry, I'm talking about MS Excel, I often forget that this is an MS Office forum.

I'm working in Excel and I've never been able to change page breaks in normal view.

Tom,

Put all sheets in NORMAL view

Select the sheets you want to PB together

Select the cell where the break will occur.

Insert > PageBreak

The PB will occur on each selected sheet, at the cell you inserted the PB in.

i was talking about excel too. didn't know word had sheets or powerpoint.

Uhh... I just wanted to be clear about what app i was using because i wasn't clear. I still didn't state which version which is also important.
