Setting night ringers M7310

How do I set the night ringer service. When the receptionist leaves for the day she puts the service on and only a couple of phones ring back near the rest of us and it can be like scrambling to get the phone. How do I set it so that I can set the phones that I want to ring. I have the login and pass word ( Feature **266344 and so on).

Go to SERVICES, then RINGING SERVICES, then SHOW group, then SHOW set, and add in the sets you want to ring. You will have to determine which ring group number, but usually it is just set up as ring group 001. Depends on who set it up.
