Setting EOD Automatically

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help in giving me some information to setup EOD to run automatically. I have about 12 restaurants that this is happening at (not setup by me), and we are just opening a 13th that I can seem to figure out how EOD is setup to run automatically.

Any assistance would be appriciated.

You'll need to set up an event to fire end of day at the desired time.

That is, in Aloha Manager, go to Maintenance, System, Events, and create a daily event, type EOD, at whatever time you want it to run plus 24 hours. So if you want it to run at 4:00 AM, set the time to 28:00. You can refresh to test it that night. Try this at one of your restaurants, do it at the rest once you've got at least one successful run under your belt.
