Hi,

I am wanted to know how to change the DHCP server settings so that a client machine (windows XP) will go through a search order of DNS. I.E so when it obtains DNS server addresses it looks for server A, server B, server C, Server D etc. Like to set this on windows 2003 Server domain controllers.

Many Thanks in advance!

In your DHCP server console, you need to configure dhcp scope options. There is a scope option for DNS. You can set this at an entire server level or a scope level.
