I just upgraded to a opt 81C rls 25.40. My dorm room sets are TLD to make them use auth codes. They are also able to dial 1800 without using auth code when using copper trunks. When we cut to PRI service they cant dial 1800 with out the auth codes. Something is different about the PRI but I cant find it. The PRI is programmed as 2- way DID. Does anyone know why I am restricted when I use the PRI. The only change in programming was the route # in the RLB.

Maybe you can try changing spn 1 table flen to '0',Or try dialing trunk access code + 1800 whether can it work.

Go into LD 21 and print the RDB built for your PRI. Look at the FRL portion of the printout. It might look something like...

FRL 0 0
FRL 1 0
FRL 2 1
FRL 3 1
FRL 4 2
and so on...

This part of the RDB associates each FRL with a Code Restriction Tree Number that is used when you program a phone with CLS = TLD (ie: FRL 2 and 3 have been associated with CRNO 1; FRL 4 with CRNO 2 in the example above). Next, go into LD 49 and print the CRNO(s) associated with the FRL(s) used to restrict access to the PRI route.

LD 49

REQ PRT
TYPE FCR
CUST 0
CRNO <the number(s) obtained from your RDB printout>

When you print out this CRNO, you'll see something like...

INIT ALOW
DENY 12
13
14
15
16
17
18
ALLOW

My guess is that you have one or more CRNOs with 18 denied, but the ALLOW section is either empty or does not include 1800, 1877, 1888, etc. If this is the case, modify the CRNO to allow 1800, 1877, etc.
