Sets not forwarding to voice mail

I have a CS1000E 7.6 w/ OfficeLinx. When my users are forwarding their phones (the MARP'd set) to vm, it will ring on other sets instead of going directly to vm. Any thoughts on why this would happen? Vm does pickup after 4 rings but it should immediately go to vm when forwarded.
 
They are SCR some SCN. This was working some time ago & something changed, not sure what. I've also noticed this happens when make set busy is activated.
 
How is the DN programmed they are forwarding to? I know nothing about Office Linx. But you are correct, a hard forward should go immediately and never ring the set.
 
5454 is the DN for the VM. The VM functions fine otherwise. They do a regular call fwd to 5454.
 
the dn you want to forward has to be:
key 0 (marp does not matter)
or
the dn can be any key, but there can only be one appearance on the system
 
The DN of the VM :

DN 5454
TYPE CDP
STCD DSC

This function has worked for years w/o issue & suddenly it doesn't.
 
give us a print of the DN and the TN of the phone you are trying to forward
 
First trace one of the tns that is hard forwarded to VM. Make sure you see CFW activated. Then change the CLS of the phone to cfxa. Has your VM pilot dn always been a steering code?
 
Call forwarding works for other dn's The VM has always been a steering code.
 
Like was asked, lets see a TNB of the set as well as a DNB of that extension. You said it works on other phones but it's a system wide problem, I don't understand
 
Sorry, I said that call forwarding works on all sets, just not to call forward to VM @ 5454. Call forwarding external is enabled on all phones.
 
I guess if we cant see the print out then we cant help

When you press the fwd key it should start flashing
then you press 5454 on the dial pad
then you press forward key again and the key should go solid

Does it do that?
