sets give half-ring in case of call forward

iv'e got an strange issue
in case the 9608,9611 and 9621 set activate call Forward each call the set get an half-ring.
any Option to disable the half-ring

Believe me you want that half ring as a reminder that the phone is in a call forward status

but not i case the Boss to call Forward to sec ....

Customer want to do disable this Feature in case of Boss/Sec Feature

Problem is fixed with Phone Firmware 6.4 Release
