setobjrf.prg error ..

Hi all
need help please..

i have tried several times to build my application but error appear say setobjrf.prg not registered..
i have used regsvr32 windows tool to register it, another error pop up say compatibility missing ...

i thought there is another tool 64bit but unfortunately didn't find..

the problem is in the _base.vcx file .... by the way i am using windows 8...

You doin't register PRGs, this has nothing to do with OLE/COM Class registering.

setobjref.prg is part of the VFP installation and it's classes and prgs used, if you use the wizards or ffc classes, etc.

If you installed on the default C:\Program Files\Microsoft...\ you will have this and many more problems with the HOME() folder anyway. You need write access in the installation folder or install VFP9 into C:\Public\VFP9\ instead and this should not be a problem anymore.

thanks for trying to give hand...

i have followed the way u said but it dose not work out ...

but i got the setobjrf.prg source prg in ffc folder.. and i put it with my own .prg files , now it's working fine
