Set users phones to auto logoff and in no user state

We're using an IP500V2 running release 6.1.18 and have setup hotdesk features for all users. We want to set them to auto-log off when a reboot occurs. For example when the phones come back up, we want the display to read: no user and force the users to login. Is there a tick-box or setting we're missing??
