For over 1000 extensions(DDI numbers) we have got common number as CLI,for example if anybody makes a outgoing call from any department the CLI number is the same. Can you please help so that we can setup CLI for every DDI number. Thanks in advance

Pls be more specific. Are you speaking about MD110, BP, or maybe Avaya/Mitel/Alcatel? Route type? PRI? Some kind of data would also be nice to see (NA, RO, EX/KS etc.). With this kind of question without any information you'll never get an answer....

If you have 10 PRI`s and you want to show always the same CLI, you can try to use Number Conversion (NUTRI)
ask your provider if "clip no screening" is allowed on this PRI`s.
Allow number conversion on the outgoing route(s) (SERV-Parameter)

ENTRY 1 (for all extensions starting with 1 (1000 to 1999)
CNVTYP 1 (sent A number)
NUMTYP 10 (internal dir. Nr. sent to public)
PRE .. (the CLI you want to sent in front of your DDI-number)
NEWTYP 1 or 2 (international or national ??? ask your provider, which type of number will be accepted)
ROU (route number, where this CLI should be shown)

This is one way, how to do. (also possible with RONDI and EXNOPU-parameter)

best regards,
Norbert
