I tried typing in "set time" - however the date and time screen does not allow me to update the actual date and time. It only allows me to change the "type" field (daylight savings/standard) and the "daylight savings rule" field. What am I doing wrong?

If you are on an S class PBX you'll need to use the maintenance web interface page to make a time change.

Thanks,

I tried using the IP address in my web browers and couldn't get in through the web interface. Is there a special application I need to get in? HELP!

Hi,
Maybe you have proxy server between your PC and your PBX
So add an exception with ip of your Pbx Web interface into you browser lan settings.

Regards
Michael

If you haven't already tried, in your web browser enter the IP address of the "Active" PBX server. This is not what is statically assigned to each s server. Though this depends on your setup...

Thanks,

Tried to bypass the proxy and couldn't get in. Tried using the IP address of the active server (guessing that's the active address) - couldn't get in. Could the port be turned off? How can I tell?

You may have a firewall in between that is blocking http traffic. Did you have to open up the tcp port 5023 (or similar) to get access to the swicth though ASA?

What server and version of CM are you using?

Cheers
