Set paper/ label size in crystal v9

I am trying to print on 1 across labels 4" * 2 15/16" or 102mm * 75mm using a tractor feed printer. There is no printer set up option for this size. I have set it to Custom Size Labels and Tractor Feed. I have sized the report section acordingly. It lines up fine on the first label but then leaves the next label blank before printing on the third one. It lines up okay on every other label!! Is there a way to define the page or label size in Crystal so it doesn't leave a blank label?

Does your other software - e.g. MS Word - recognise the print option? If not, the problem may be with your overall set-up.

It may be your margins, i would try shrinking the vertical size too much and see if it all stays on one page. If it does then you know you just need to tweak the height.
