Set IP Address thru network

Hi, using netsh to swetch IP address to DHCP and vice versa right?. Can I do that remotely? HOW

Thanks Roadki11... I found in microsft technet website that you can change the ip address to static / dhcp and vice versa thru the registry remote edit REGEDIT32. Is not my ideal way... I want in dos command. is that possible? ..

Do you have an idea how to log as an domain administrator in dos command? like the RUN AS..
