Set Forwards to Whoever It Wants 1

Opt61c, when extension 30113 is on her line, instead of going to voicemail calls forward mysteriously to 30163 which is not programmed as CFW and seemingly has no connection to 30113. 30163 says he has received wrongly forwarded calls from other extensions as well. Thoughts? Here are the TNB's:

Not unless they manually forwarded their phone to that extension by mistake. I have had that happened to me before.

If the voice mail system review does not come up with anything, you could print a TNB to a text file and just do a "find" on 30163 to see if it appears on any other TN as a hunt, fdn, cfw, etc, etc.

There is no Revert specified in VM.

Replace the phone I have had 4 - 5 phones that did this very thing in the last year. Replaced the phone it went away.

What is 30164 doing? How is it programmed?
