How do I set the focus to a specific field on a subform which is located in a tabbed form (the second tab). I would like to have the focus set to a specific field so that when I go to the second tab on my main form, the focus is set to a field on the subform on that page?

Thanks, Sherry

The easiest way I can think of to do this would be to have the field you want to go to on the subform be the first field show up in the tab order for that subforms design. Then on the mainforms second tabs on click event place docmd.gotocontrol "subformname".
I have not tested this but it should work.
