SessionDisconnected Event from CCT 6

Hi, I keep getting a SessionDisconnected event from CCT 6. I'm assuming its a timeout and I know, someplace, theres an xml config with a set-able timeout value, any ideas?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Sadly I do not know, even is it a config issue. The documentation is non-existent (whats new with CCT in this regard!) I'm simply speculating that it is a configurable value. The message I get in the Event Log has a source of NCCT Secure Transport and the text is this: Idle timeout (9000 msecs) on connection: 1.2.3.4.5:29373 , I'm assuming this is a .Net Remoting port idle timeout. Not even sure its the cause of the Toolkit Shutdown event but cannot find 9000 value in any config file on the CC6 server....
