Session Manager user with this loginname already exists 1

Hi, i have a problème to create a user i'hve been deleted few days ago.
i have recreate this user in GEDI, that's ok, when i try to create the user in the session manager, i have a message " user with this loginname already exists ( maybe the user you are adding has been soft deleted )", but it doesn't exist.
Somebody know the issue ?

Go to Manage User>>More Action>>View Deleted User>>Use chek Box>>Delete.
