What would cause this? We have 2 Session Managers that are managed by the System Manager. For the first one we installed, I see tons of SIP messages for calls when I view the trace viewer. But for the other one, even though I know there are calls for the period I want to look at, I get the following error when I try to view the traces for that time period:

The following errors have occurred:
Session Manager servername: No (SIP messages in) trace files 'tracer_asset' available.

Any ideas?

do you have your sip users split between the two session managers? Or are you using one session manager at 100% and the other not at all?

Calls are directed to the session manager in question. I can confirm the calls hit that session manager by doing call traces in the communication manager where the calls originate...and I can see in the unified messaging server that the calls are coming from the session manager in question.
