We have Session manager connected to SIP trunk provider (without SBC). We have problem with about 10% of incoming calls.
Calls are dropped after 32 seconds, after the call is successfully established.
I have investigate this issue and this happens, when Communication manager sends 200 OK message (after call is established - see trace in file) to Session manager and this message should be send from Session Manager to Provider.
In trace traceASM I can see that this message is send to SIP provider, but with Wireshark trace (trace is done directly on port, where SM is connected to) this message is not to be found anywhere.
Because Session Manager and Communication Manager do not receive ACK message from SIP provider call is dropped. Can you help?
