Unfortunately CD has got their FTP server set up so that you can only download specifically requested files. You cannot just read the directory and choose the files that you require.

Well it was all said in the post of Feb 20:
... but only when viewing this report which i pass a lot of parameters in the URL that expires, when i pass only few paramaters it was just fine.
This means you are past your 20 cookie limit, and you push to logon cookie out of memory. As far as I recall there's a patch for that as well. Or uses the kbase that was mentioned earlier:
