I have a bit of a weird situation here. We have a small citrix farm with 4 servers running Metaframe XPa. 2 of the servers are new and two have been there for a couple of months. We are running web interface on one of the original servers (the least used one).
I can connect fine to any published application or published desktop from any existing machine in our company and all my users can as well.
However on any newly imaged machines (the images are sysprepped and run a min setup on boot so all new SIDs) I can only connect to applications and desktops published on the two origninal servers. When I try to connect to anything published on the two new servers it spends 15 seconds or so 'negotiating capabilities' and then opens up a pale blue window and goes no further - ever... On the server it shows that there is a connected session but it does not go into an active state and it does not show a connected user in the users tab - just a session in the sessions tab.
There is nothing logged into the local event logs to indicate a problem. On the two new servers there are multiple entries in the Application Log stating that:
Replication of license information failed because the License Logging Service on server \\XXDC01 could not be contacted.
I have checked and XXDC01 is our Site licensing server and the License Logging service is running fine and both servers can connect to XXDC01 fine...
Any ideas much appreciated - this is getting quite urgent!
