Services wont start, Not just db service. Please help!

After an update of another program on the server, something
went very very wrong. Now when Arcserve tries to start
its services, I get an error for every one of them stating.
Visual Fox Pro
program.prg not found.
After pressing ok, which is the only thing you can do, it
takes about 5 min. After that the service times out.
I also get this error when starting the pcanywhere host
service so its not arcserve specific.
I post it here anyway because except these two services
the server works fine and no errors in the logs except
timeout for the services to start.

Have you reinstalled Arcserve?

Yes, i have reinstalled arcserve.
And I have uninstalled the program that probably started it.
A guess is that the ODBC has changed in som way.
But why would that give this result and how to fix it.

I took a really good look around, and your issue seems to be somewhat unique, as hard as that may be to believe.
I recommend you call CA, or open a ticket on E-support or STARTCC.
