Service Terminiates with WinRoute Pro 4.1.26

I am running WinRoute pro 4.1.26 on Windows 2000 and the service for Winroute keeps shutting down. The only information I have is the Windows Event Log:
"The WinRoute Pro 4.1 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action."

How do I go about diagnosing this problem?

I have the same problem. Even if you upgrade to ver 5 it still terminates without any clear reason.
