Service 'sapdp08' unknown error 1

I have a user who is using SAP 6.20. When initiating any connection, they receive the error service 'sapdp08' unknown. Has anyone seen this or know what may be causing this error? Thanks in advance for any help!

It seems service 'sapdp08' is not in the users services file.
Usually this can be found at
C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\services .
You may add new lines with notepad.

Thanks hoinz! I was able to send the user a different services file and this fixed the problem.
