SERVICE PACK 4 IMPLEMENTATION TROUBLES.

I recently downloaded the service pack 4 for ebackoffice 7.3 and i have problems with the dbupdate.
when i log in, it appears interface not compatible.
What can i do?

what do you mean by "interface" not compatible? Are you starting up the dbupdate with the icon or how do you start it up? Are you using the SA login or your user login?

There is a bug in the SP4 DBUpdate. Install eBO73Sp4_D9_35135 immediately after the server installation but before DBUpdate.

hi karenoden, interface not compatible it is a window that comes out every time i try to log in to eback, and i log in as SA. the way i do the dbupdate is through the icon of the service pack 4. oh, thanks for responding me!
