Service Pack 2 Issues

I am having several issues after installing Service Pack 2 on a Crystal Reports 8.5 Server.

First, exporting to PDF no longer works, I get the following error message:

CRAXDRT Error Occurred on Server. -2147190908 : Failed to export the report.


Second, reports which print fine from the Crystal Reports program are printing with blank pages between each copy when printed from the ActiveX Viewer (when printing multiple copies of a label to a Zebra printer).

Any suggestions?

Hi!

After installing the servicepack I had the same problem with exporting to PDF.

The solution for me was that I installed three different monthly hot fixes.

One of them "The Database and Export Drivers Monthly Hot Fix" takes care of export facilities.

Go to:
and search for "dbexdrvr".

Hope it will help you as well.

I tried installing The Database and Export Drivers Monthly Hot Fix but I still have the problem exporting to PDF. What other hot fixes did you install?

It was "cr85devwin_en" and "cr85mainwin_en".

I tried installing each of the fixes you recommended but the PDF export still doesn't work. I am going to try reinstalling everything to see if that helps.
