Has anyone applied this to their server? I have noticed its available and wondered if there are issues with it?

Yep, applied it today, have had a few problems, mainly
agents not updating to version 3.1.2.242. apart from that, all seems OK.

Installed it last week on a new dedicated box to replace the exisitng 5 epo servers. I have to say that the new agent is far more reliable and efficient although we have had a problem updating some of the agents (nothing a forced agent upgrade won't fix;)

I'd say upgrade!

i have just installed it, but haven´t updated the agents yet. i want some troubleshooting time to pass before doing so
i´ll keep you informed

Hi guys
I've still got a copule of agents that haven't upgraded,
tried forcing an install and nothing happened yet. Any ideas?
thanks

McAfee have pulled SP2 from their download site and recommend not installing it.

I have three servers Patched to SP2 and one is exhibiting problems with 100% CPU utilisation.

We recently upgraded to ePO 3 from 2.5.1 patch 2.
The first was upgraded to ePO 3.0.1 before SP2 became available. It had performance problems after the upgrade which prompted us to install SP2. SP2 fixed the performance issue on that server.

In hindsight I would sit tight with 2.5.1 until NAI sort out ePO 3 properly.

the problems with the SP2 is the agent
just try not deploying new agents to the pcs (if you have installed SP2)

Any more info about the agent issue? I have already upgraded 3000+. I have ceased deploying the agent on my problem server.

That come from NAI site :

ePolicy Orchestrator 3.0 Service Pack 2 (ePO 3.0 SP2) Advisory

Enjoy guys ....
