McAfee have pulled SP2 from their download site and recommend not installing it.
I have three servers Patched to SP2 and one is exhibiting problems with 100% CPU utilisation.
We recently upgraded to ePO 3 from 2.5.1 patch 2.
The first was upgraded to ePO 3.0.1 before SP2 became available. It had performance problems after the upgrade which prompted us to install SP2. SP2 fixed the performance issue on that server.
In hindsight I would sit tight with 2.5.1 until NAI sort out ePO 3 properly.
