Service Observing

Does anyone know how to service observe a VDN? I can't seem to make this happen. I'm wondering if you have to enable this function within the switch or VDN? Any help would be appreciated!

I would like to service obeserve a Hunt group (Skill), however I don't see how that's possible. The only way I can imagine this be able to happen would be through the skill group's Lead extension or the VDN that it is associated with? Any idea?

You should be able to serve observe the VDN just like an extension. Press SO then enter the VDN extension. If it does not work then you may have a COR restriction. Hope that helps although I know that is not much info.
