service observing on a partner system?

I have set up service observing on a Definity switch but never on a partner system. Is this possible? and if so where do I go in the sys to activate and set.

Can't do it on a Partner, other than releasing privacy for the station and joining in. A Melco unit would be the best bet for a Partner.

"MELCO" is a manufacturer of Telco interface equipment, etc.
