Hello I'm back

I have a new question for all of you, I just want to know the service/feature (sup-op-sdn) or (sdn), I have been trying to get information about this over the AVAYA web page and I dont have anything, could some one provide me any information about this service/feature that we need to load into the route pattern?

Thanks
