Hi,

We currently have a number (5333) which is our tech support number. Typically when this number is dialed it then forwards/broadcasts the call to our 3 tech guys.

The issue we are having is for some reason one of the numbers has stopped receiving calls while the other two ring fine.

I have logged onto our 3300 communications director and have found the Hunt group form and the Ring group form but neither seem to contain the 5333 number.

Can any one shed some light as to what other forms there are? Ideally I am trying to check if one of the tech guys have been removed from the group somehow.

Thanks in advance

Cheers
Mo

In Maintenace Command Line type in "Locate Number 5333". This will atleast tell you where to look.

Multicall group. The number is set under a key as a multicall ....probably. Check you keys for programming on each of the phones.

Thanks guys, I ran the command and got the following result The number refers to a Non Prime Broadcast Group. Any other Ideas?

When viewing the forms alphabetically I cant seem to find MultiCall. Could it be called something else with our version?

We are running Release Level: 5.0 SP2 PR1. Does this hepl at all?

Sorry for my limited knowledge :S

Cheers

Use the multiline group form and search for the number or

Do an export of the Multiline set keys , open it in excel and search .

The number you are looking for will be a multiline number that appears on the phones , or a single line .
if its a single line it may have been call forwarded or rerouted to a group

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Success, thanks. I have found it under Multiline Appearance Groups. The only problem now is I cant seem to find where to add people. There are options to change the members but not add additional one's

That form is used to search for appearances , not to add them
use the multiline set keys form to add the multicall to a button on a phone
or the keys tab under users and services

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Not to worry, I figured it out. Thanks again for all the help guys.

Cheers
