Service command failed. Cause(Error code -2)

Hi Everyone, I have a customer using IPO500v2, 8.042 with vm pro.
Today when we access manager, it is getting error: Service command failed. Cause(Error code -2), we never get this problem before.
Also we can access monitor ans system status.
After reboot the phone system, it can access again.

You guys have any ideas or solutions?
