Servers not able to place To-Go orders anymore.

Hello Everyone,

I do not know what happened, but servers are not able to place To-Go orders anymore. For example, an error like "Order type is not allowed for Combo #1", when a server preses the To-Go button.

Anybody know what may have gone wrong and how to re-setup To-Go orders?

The most likely culprit is that under the server jobcode--table service tab there is an order mode selected which is forcing a defualt mode. Clear this drop-down and TO GO should work properly again.

check and see the the DOB and SYS DATE are the same. If they are different this will cause the Menus to default to what ever is in the first slot.
