Hi all
We have about 12-13 k users across the enterprise. All of which use citrix in some fashion or another. We’re finding more often than not HD is not keeping up with their end of the deal to keep client versions up to date. We probably get about 10-20 mis-escalated tickets per week regarding users having issues accessing a specific farm on whatever server. We wind up finding it’s not the server but the client version of citrix they are using is not up to date.
Question is.
From the citrix metaframe presentation server, is there a configuration we can apply so that when a user connects the metaframe server can detect their version and if out of date automatically update or send an update notification?
Any ideas?
