After setting up a new Notes client, when the client composes a new mail message, the From field contains the server name instead of their name. I know you need to go into the Calendar Profile and change the server name to their name to fix it but I don't know why it puts the server name there to begin with. It didn't always do this and I can't think of anything that has changed that could have caused it to start happening. Thanks

The problem with this was that the template mail46.ntf was opened from a workstation so the calendar profile defaulted to the server name. To resolve this problem, I had to delete the mail46.ntf from the server and recreate one from a new install of Notes (I used a client install).

I had this happen the other day, and the fix was to click on the Properties icon while the mail database was open, click on the drop-down and select Database, and on the Type dropdown, scroll to the bottom and select Mailbox, rather than Standard. That fixed whatever was wrong.

We have this problem from time to time. To correct it you go into Actions - Calendar Tools - Calendar Profile. Change the owner to the user instead of the server and it works fine.
