Until recently I used Query Analyzer to perform ad hoc data extractions, then saving the results in tab-delimited text files.
I've now been converted to SQL Server Management Studio Express (which I like a lot), but the "save results as" function seems to have lost the ability to create tab-delimited files from the results; the only option now seems to be CSV which is problematic to me for a number of reasons.
Have I just missed the necessary settings somewhere, or am I just stuck with CSV if I choose to use this tool?
Thanks!
Jim
