Hi friends,

I want to replace my existing windows 2003 machine with a new high performance hardware based server.
Now i am puzzled that, do i have to create a whole new domain and add each user and machine to it and configure it from start??.

Is there any simple way out for this.
Pls help me guys.
Regards
Dev

If you have a current domain with 2 DC's then you can just join your new DC to the domain and Active Directory will automatically sync all of your users over. Once this process has completed and you have transfered any FSMO roles the old DC can be demoted (DCPROMO) and removed from the domain.
