server hangs on boot time-

my server hangs at boot time and this is the following error I get "Freeing unused kernel memory : 304k freed." I tried to google for the solution and visited many forums trying to find the answer with no success. I have a raid 5 with three drives running on the server, can anybody that has experienced this problem before help?! Any help would be higly appreciated.

what's your O/S ? Has this just occured or is it something that has been happening for a while ?
try booting from your rescue/boot disk to run level one and check your config files relating to boot process or back out any changes you had made recently.
