Server Edition voicemail auto attendant not working on incoming

Hi guys,

I have a Server Edition, with Voicemail Pro configured with a menu option call flow.

On an incoming call I can see on SSA the call hit the VM:MainAA but I do not hear anything, just dead silence. If I ring the DDI pointed straight to a user, it rings and I can answer and hear speech.

I can also dial the shortcode for the MainAA and hear the audio file play.

I have also tried to make a call flow, with start point to transfer to an extension or a mobile and neither work.

This is on SIP with a Meraki firewall.

Does anyone have any ideas?? I can do a monitor trace if needed.
 
Try and point the call to the shortcode you created instead.
See if it works.

Thank you for your response.

DDI pointed at VM:MainAA for example, you can see the call answered on System Status, but you hear just silence. Point the DDI at the *60 shortcode as suggested still nothing, but dial *60 from handset and it plays the WAV. Point DDI at user extension and works fine, 2 way speech.

I have created a brand new module with new menu. Recorded a WAV, by forwarding user extension to mobile and using extension to record WAV. Press record, it rings my mobile and can hear the voicemail prompt me to record after the beep and lets me record. If you then point DDI at new recorded module, again it is answered and can be seen in SSA but I just hear silence, no prompts, greetings etc, just silence.

 
Hi Pepp77,

In the Voip tab of the SIP Line, the Re-Invite supported is not currently checked. Is it worth trying this?
