I need to change the mailbox size and can't figure it out. Currently it's 6o mg per box. Any help will be appreciated.

Avaya does not recommend changing this but you can find it here.

etc/vmpro_settings.ini file
VMQuota=60

New question; After a VM message has been deleted. It still takes away from the storage capacity. Eventually we have to clear the mailbox via the VM Pro client. Attached is an example of my heartburn. BTW this is 9.0

How long did you wait? Messages aren't deleted immediately, just marked as deleted so they no longer listed when the user accesses their mailbox. The actual file deletion occurs when the voicemail server runs a housekeeping process. Don't know how often that is these days but used to be every two hours.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Sizbut is correct. look under the housekeeping tab.. you can change those deletion times.

The problem is the Housekeeping has not been working. No matter how it's set it doesn't work. It is currently set to run every 4 hours but after 2 days data still exist. 6 of the MB receive reservation request during peak times and off hours....they fill up quickly.

open a case with Avaya... server edition VM is messed up in other ways as well. Don't even get me started on how backup and failover doesn't work properly.
