Server Edition Tomcat Error - Disk Quota Exceeded 1

Hi Guys,

I am probably being stupid here but I have this error on server edition "Disk Quota Exceeded". Am i missing something here? I archived a considerable amount of data off the box and it is currently sitting at 40% free space on disk.

Probably one of you User accounts is exceeding it's quota on the home folder.
Do you have Contact Recorder?

I considered increasing the main partition on the server as i read that adding the additional HDD after ignition can potentially break it but I see in that link the max size of the contact store recordings on primary partition is 20GB... snapshots are my friend.

Your thoughts on increasing the primary partition on the server or should I go ahead and try to add the additional HDD?

I see there is another link there on how to move the recordings to an additional HDD. I think I will give it a try. Thanks for the prompt response. Star for you.

I think the best solution would be to add an additional hard drive.

You could adjust adjust the quota and expand the disk but the risk is that it will brake in a later upgrade.
