Server Edition Timeout

We have a server edition installed and we cannot get into the web portal, it says Message: timeout.
Also the voicemail pro is running and we CAN login but can't see any User/group voice mails or Start Points.
Since the only way we can reboot is through the web portal (we are not close to the client), is there any other way that we can force a restart or restart services?
 
You can reboot it if you login through SSH.

Sorry--There is a main server and a secondary server. It does appear that the voicemail is working off the backup voicemail. The phones are registered still on the main server we know. (The main is the one that we can't get into)
 
Thank you that worked (the reboot) or just a general thank you?

If you can't connect using 7070 its always worth trying 7071 which will get you to the underlying platform view/web control menus which may then tell you if anything has failed to start correctly.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
