Hi guys!
If anyone has the opportunity (means access to a server editon), please try this:
- incoming call route to a hunt group
- hunt group is sequential, queuing is on, announcements are activated, voicemail is off
- one single member active in hunt group
- hunt group member has follow me(!) to another extension (internal)
Now, if a call comes in it should ring at the target of the follow me. But it doesn't. It rings nowhere. The caller hears the announcement until he hangs up. The follow me is not executed. It seems that the call is presented over and over again to the hunt group member but because of follow me activated it doesn't ring. If forwarding is used instead of follow me the call rings at the target.
I can reproduce this on two differnt server edition systems but not on a system in normal IP Office Mode (Non-SCN). There it works as expected.
The described scenario should work, or am I missing something.
If somebody can confirm the 'wrong' behavior, I'll raise a case with Avaya.
Thanks.
