Hi Guys,

I have a Server edition on 9.1.4 on a virtual server. The hard drives on the virtual host were getting full so the IT company have installed bigger drives then moved the server edition on to the new data store. Since the move the IP Office service starts but then stops after about 30 seconds.

Iv'e tried to upload the ISO in an attempt to reload the files but that didn't work.

I have now uninstalled the IPO service but i cant find an option to install it again.

Does anyone know how i reinstall it? i'm guessing i will have to drive to site and put the DVD in the virtual host and do it that way.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds strange.

I would try to boot the VM from ISO and make a upgrade instalation. It should be possible with VMWare remote as well.

Tried the upgrade and that didn't work. When you start the IP Office service the CPU gets to 66% then the services stops.

short of building a new server i'm not sure what else can be done.
