Server Edition Multiple sites

Looking to setup time stamps to show correctly in visual voicemail. The system is server edition 10.0 Visual voicemail shows East coast time and I need it to show west coast time.
Thoughts?

I created a location and assigned it to the extension but it never changes the time in visual voicemail. Thoughts?

Please don't drip-feed. First question implied it was a system level issue, now it a specific extension issue. If you want help, being detailed about the setup and problem up front will help everyone.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Try upgrading the phone's firmware if it's not the latest.

Yes the handset time is correct.

I have not notice this, so good catch.
I have the same issue.
The voicemail time is where the SE is located.
9.1.12 SE and a 10.0.4 SE.
I don't know if this is by design or a bug?
