looking for a resolution to an issue with a Server Edition, running 11.1.3.1, the IP office service randomly restarts, causing one the calls for customer to drop. But also because they are using ACR foe WebRTC it causes the calls to be locked. making the agent useless. But the cause of the problem is just the IP office service restarting. None of the other services such as one-x or voicemail stop. I cannot find the cause for it. Advice please.
