Hello,

I have an issue with a IPO SE 9.1.0.437.

We have 2 servers (Primary/Secondary) and voicemail pro was working fine up until 2 days ago. (The system has been running for 188 days)

The issue we have is that if you try and access voicemail from a phone it says it is 'not running'.
When I look at the primary it says that the voicemail type is 'NONE' and that it is active.
It then says that port allocation has failed.
On the secondary it shows as 'Inactive'.

I can use Voicemail Pro Client to log into both servers voicemail pro application.

I have rebooted both servers fully but the issue is still here.

I have seen in the forum posts mentioning port 58273 being blocked by another application or the network.
Would this apply to a server edition where voicemail pro sits on itself and not another server?

I have this print out from the Primary's syslog:

I am unsure why I am getting the error:

2016-04-20 12:42:08 PrimaryCPU OP ipovmpro VMP|TFTPWebSocket[TFTPTask [SOCKSTask] port 0]: Cannot Upgrade to WebSocket. Response from Server: [HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized Date: Wed, 20 Apr 2016 11:42:08 GMT Expires: Wed, 20 Apr 2016 11:43:08 GMT Cache-Control: private,max-age=60 Basic realm="WebSocket Group@ipoffice" Server: IPOffice/ Content-Type: text/plain Content-Length: 81 ]

Any assistance would be most appreciated as I am completely lost!

Thanks in advance!

Go to manager >> security settings >> unsecured interfaces >> set password for voicemail pro

Go to vm pro >> general >> preferences >> enter the same password

Then it should work
